Susan Applewhaite



Susan Applewhaite is a Toronto based theatre creator, singer, songwriter, choreographer, director and teacher. She has been an actor on stage and in film for twenty years as well as recording with some of Canada's most respected music producers. She trained in drama, music and dance, in Canada and Britain. 

She teaches drama, improv, musical theatre, and is the mudical director for The Play Project at Mississauga's Living Arts Centre. 

Susan has written and directed one act plays that have been workshopped and performed in Oakville and Toronto. She is part of the collective that created Cracked:New Light On Dementia, a research based play using text movement and music to tell the story of two families living with dementia.
